Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Younify Health, Inc. when you use this website or submit its contact form. If you do not agree, do not use the site or form.

These terms do not create a public developer program, clinic pilot agreement, patient service, paid service, or external Younify Health sandbox account. Younify Health's internal use of a vendor's developer environment is governed by that vendor's terms.

You must be at least 18. If you contact Younify Health for an organization, you represent that you have authority to make the relevant inquiry or provide the information you submit.

You may view company information, send a legitimate business inquiry, and participate in a synthetic demonstration that Younify Health hosts and supervises. Any demonstration is for evaluation and discussion only and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

The site and demonstrations do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or care decisions. They do not create a clinician-patient relationship and must not be relied on for healthcare or patient care.

If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

Product demonstrations and integration descriptions are informational, synthetic, and subject to change. They are not production services and do not establish that a vendor integration is connected, approved, certified, endorsed, or available.

You may not:

• use the site unlawfully, deceptively, or to impersonate another person or organization;
• interfere with, overload, scrape, or automate access to the site without written permission;
• probe or test security without Younify Health's prior written authorization;
• introduce malicious code or attempt to bypass access restrictions;
• reverse engineer protected portions of the site except where law does not allow that restriction; or
• submit patient information, health information, medical records, credentials, confidential information, or another person's data without authority.

Younify Health, Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in the website, product demonstrations, designs, text, software, and Younify Health names and marks. These terms do not grant you ownership or a right to use Younify Health branding beyond viewing the site for its intended purpose.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, partnership, certification, approval, or endorsement.

Do not send confidential ideas or materials through the public form. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you grant Younify Health a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without payment or restriction. You retain ownership of submitted material that is not feedback, subject to the rights needed to receive and respond to it.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Younify Health does not control and is not responsible for a third party's service, availability, content, or practices.

Younify Health may change, suspend, or discontinue the site, a demonstration, or pre-release material. Younify Health does not promise that a planned feature or integration will be completed or made available. Younify Health may restrict access when reasonably necessary to stop misuse or protect people and systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that planned functionality will be released. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Younify Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the public site or a pre-release demonstration.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for this narrow public surface unless Younify Health and you enter a separate written agreement.

Younify Health will update the date above when these terms change. Separate terms and affirmative acceptance will be required before external accounts, clinic pilots, live care workflows, paid services, or production integrations are introduced.
