Privacy Policy

This policy applies when US adults visit younify.health, send Younify Health a business inquiry, or participate in pre-release testing controlled by Younify Health. It does not govern a clinic, vendor, or other third party's own services or privacy practices.

The operator of this website is Younify Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

The registration and business contact forms collect:

• your contact name;
• your work email address; and
• an optional business message.

Please do not use the form for patient support, care questions, emergencies, protected health information, personal medical information, passwords, API keys, or other secrets.

We keep one lead record per normalized email address, including individual submissions, their source, time, and the version of this notice. We store submissions before confirming receipt. We send a short receipt and notify our business mailbox; email may be delayed or fail independently of storage. An expiring receipt links an optional follow-up message to your registration.

When the website is requested, limited technical records may be generated to deliver, diagnose, and protect it. These records may include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device signals, error details, and security events.

At launch, Younify Health does not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, user profiling, or nonessential cookies or browser storage on these public pages.

Pre-release integration validation is limited to dedicated company-controlled test accounts and synthetic or vendor-provided test data. It may involve limited test-account name and email details, synthetic calendar availability and events, and fictitious EHR or record-network data.

Younify Health does not permit personal calendars, clinic exports, real patient records, production credentials, or protected health information in this testing. A vendor name or test does not mean that an integration is available to customers.

Younify Health uses the limited information described above to:

• respond to business inquiries and arrange requested conversations;
• assess product interest and provide limited, related follow-up;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the website;
• prevent abuse and investigate suspected security incidents; and
• validate planned integrations with controlled synthetic data.

Younify Health does not use contact information for an unrelated newsletter or advertising campaign.

Younify Health may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, storage, and communications, but only for those services and subject to appropriate restrictions. Amazon Web Services hosts this site, stores business submissions in an encrypted database in the United States, and sends transactional email. Google Workspace handles our business mailbox and manual replies. Google Sheets is not connected to these forms.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or systems, investigate misuse, establish or defend legal claims, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Younify Health does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Each month, we review contact records with no new submission or meaningful contact for 12 months. We remove eligible records and working exports unless an active relationship, security matter, dispute, or legal duty requires longer retention. Deleted database records may remain in recovery backups for up to 35 days. Routine public-site technical and security logs are retained for up to 90 days, subject to the same narrow exceptions.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete public-site or contact-form information associated with you by emailing privacy@younify.health. Younify Health may take proportionate steps to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, legal duties, disputes, or required recordkeeping.

Additional rights may apply under the law where you live.

This website is intended for US adults and organizations. It is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact Younify Health so it can be reviewed.

Younify Health will update the date above when this policy changes. This policy must be revised before Younify Health accepts real patient data, offers external product accounts, connects clinic systems, or makes a production integration available.
